EARN A CUSTOMER FIRST



         
          Most of the business concerns scratch their heads because of losing customers despite having good and trained sales force, great service, wonderful offers, excellent schemes and pleasing interiors. It is not all the internal and external factors which push customers out or pull them in. In addition to those factors there are some on the spot sales activities. It is very well known that HAPPY CUSTOMERS = ASSURED SALES. So, now the question is that how can a customer been made happy? It is simple if we understand that customers are not paying only for the product but also for the experience which he/she gains.

Here are some points which will make customer advertise your business.
  1. Don't ask "What do you want" - Because no one will come to an electronic shop to buy buffaloes. 
  2. Never inquire about the price tag under which the customer has planned to buy - Because human mind may change at any time and at any situation. It also creates an impression that you are weighing the customer by the amount he/she is ready to spend in your store or shop.Sometimes the person may be a prospective buyer or even an enthusiast who may come to browse what you have.
  3. Don't force them under the name of hospitality (For example , continuously telling the customer to sit even though he/she feels comfortable in standing)
  4. Don't try to make fake expressions (For example, trying to smile) - Because the customer may feel that you are giving least importance to him/her. This also creates an impression that you are preoccupied with some other work or you just want to sell something which is not worthy for the customer
  5. Never look at the face of the customer while he/she is looking at the product  - Because the customer will think that you are not comfortable with his/her personality or appearance. 
  6. Always provide a frictionless answer. If you are not sure about the solution just try getting accompanied or just ask to your fellow sales person or someone who knows very well about what the customer is asking. 
  7. Don't walk along the customer wherever he/she goes inside the store or shop - Instead walk behind the customer and remember that you are few yards away from the customer. Let the distance be comfortable for him/her. But do not stand far away unreachable by the customer.
  8. Don't try fill the customer's mind with all the product information you have - Because the customers may sometimes have a little knowledge about the product. Answer only the questions of the customer. Sometimes it is well and good to give a crispy additional information only after ensuring that there is no chance that the customers could have known about it earlier.

BUT THERE ARE SOME, WHO ONLY WATCH OTHERS SUCCESS AND JUST READ THEIR STORIES.. 

So What kind of person you are ????

All of us want to do something and get reward and be popular.. Nobody wants to fail..But there is something which stops us and we finally decide to give up.. 



        We often feel something inside our heart like

•No one is there to make us move
•People are not genuine or honest
•Lack of time
•Not planned properly
•Something may go wrong
•Lots of hindrances on the success path
•Not having proper resource

                           And if the answer is any one among these

Then Its lame... They are simply the answers we have for others or even for us, just to comfort ourselves ..... 
Just by changing our inner thoughts and perception we can make anything happen . Here are some of the points which will bring some clarity on what should we do to keep us moving towards our goal ..

•Don’t mind anyone. Because they are not your bread winners.
•Make an attempt to start. Don’t look for a big leap at the first moment.
•Ensure that you hold information on what you are going to do. Of course they are the first resource that you possess.
•Avoid the habit of receiving suggestion from everybody you know.
•Don’t mess up your routine with your target.
•Don’t get admired only on the appearance of people or their stylized glorification.
•Always remember that there is someone working more harder than you do.
•Fear only for skipping your responsibility.
•Maintain cool relationship with everybody.
•Always ensure that you are in progress.
•Always have a mentor in life.

The above points will surely make us move and make everyday meaningful..

Don't worry that you have not done anything big and created great impact in your team, Just be committed, this will show off who you are and what you are in the team. Always make sure that you are involving yourself 100% in all the works you do, and forget about the target, because commitment is the engine for the job which will surely take you to the target. When anything is done with great commitment it will be very hard to surrender. So this is the mantra that you will not give up easily when you do anything committed.

Yes, the most vital attribute every team player needs to possess is being more communicative. Always speak up with your team mates to understand what is up with them. Some of your team mates may not be comfortable with some of your activities or may hold back to talk to you about what you did unfavourable during certain hard times. Never let them be on the same state get near and speak up to know what went wrong and explain why that happened. This is a good chance for you to find yourself as an individual within a team and the expectation of the team.
               Always make it easy for your team mates to communicate with you. Remember it is only your words which will reflect what you are. Always use polished words even on hard times. Interpersonal difficulties and conflicts are most common, do not wait for days to get back to the particular person and talk again, never take more than four hours.

Competent

Competence cannot be developed if you try to do everything. So be specialized and focus on what you are interested in, put on unconditional effort to push your interest upwards.  Do what you are good at and follow your curiosity as said by Albert Einstein the great physicist. Find the small elements in the job and do it efficiently which will surely grow big jobs on its own.  
        If you are a team leader, always gather your team mates and make them understand that being competent is very vital and help them to identify the same. Collect ideas on how to improve the process or output of the team. Each person in your team will surely say something in which they are good at and love to do, consolidate and delegate accordingly.

Selfless

Always remember that there is no drama with a single person.  Remove individual interest and multiply group interest.  Ensure that you are selfless, team advancement and unity are always the product of selflessness. Holding empathetic value will surely remove the "I" in your team and results in unity and team work. If you are a team leader don't feel tired up to take up the subordinate role and get to know what bothered your team member a lot and pulled down the productivity of that particular team member.

Enthusiastic

"Your heart is the source of energy for your team"

Being enthusiastic means that the desire to do more, and strive for excellence. Generally, if you wait unnecessarily to do something which you believe that it will surely bring you fame, it is clear that you lack in enthusiasm. Don't wait for someone to push you up and drag you to your goal, fill your heart with energy and happiness and make it happen. Make deadlines more earlier and move steadily towards it with cheerful attitude, so that the level of enthusiasm will not fade until you accomplish your goal.
